I am a mental health practitioner and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. In addition, a Certified Family Therapist, Substance Abuse Professional, and an OASAS approved DWI screening assessment and treatment provider. A graduate of The New School for Social Research specializing in psychology, and currently a doctoral student and serving as private practitioner working with individuals, couples, and families.
I am an interactive, solution-focused holistic mental health practitioner. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I provide services that include methodologies and techniques that offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual, couple, and family to help build on strengths and attain personal growth.
